FIELD AWARENESS TRAINING SYSTEM (FATS)

Practical training for complex environments

The SecureLeb Development Division designs and maintains the Field Awareness Training System, a flexible program created for journalists, NGO teams, researchers, executives, and professionals whose work places them in complex or culturally sensitive environments.

FATS is built on five pillars:

Ground awareness

Reading terrain logic, baseline behaviors, and environmental stability.

Movement intelligence

Using movement patterns to detect intent, risk, and shift indicators.

Risk navigation

Decision-making tools for uncertain conditions and exposure management.

Human-terrain understanding

Interpreting people, social rhythms, and behavioral signals in context.

Decision-making under uncertainty

Staying clear, stable, and adaptive when information is incomplete.

The system is modular, scalable, and adaptable to organizational needs.

It is taught by instructors with direct field exposure, ensuring all components remain practical, grounded, and aligned with real operational behavior—not theory.
